As an Administrative Assistant Accessory Partner’s, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling emails, tracking shipments, and proficiency in using tools such as Outlook and Ship Station.



Email Management:

  • Monitor and manage the division’s email inbox.
  • Respond to emails promptly, providing necessary information or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Organize and prioritize emails to ensure efficient communication flow.

Tracking Shipments:

  • Utilize Ship Station and other tracking tools to monitor the status of shipments.
  • Update tracking information in the system and communicate with relevant parties regarding shipment details.
  • Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, orders, and other relevant data.
  • Enter information into databases or spreadsheets as required.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email management.
  • Experience with Ship Station or similar shipment tracking tools is a definite plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive accessories or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
